Once a student is proficient at an exercise it may be time to add variations. That only means they need to be “advanced” at an exercise. You will learn a little history of our work and who created some variations. Go beyond the gross motor pattern and challenge the body and the mind. Pam has had the luxury of working with many Teachers from various affiliation to our Pilates Elders and would like to share some fun and challenging variations to the classical repertoire.
Objectives:
After the session the attendee will:
* Understand what a variation is and who to give variations to.
* Learn new twists to spice a lesson up.
* Gain insight to some of the work of the Elders.
Why should I attend this session?
We all can get stale. Freshen up your repertoire to keep your students on their toes and inspired.
What if I can't make the date and time?
We understand life is busy! If you cannot attend this course at the scheduled time, please register, and a recording will be uploaded to PeakU within 48 hours of the workshop, where it will be available to view for two weeks.
