Be ready to sweat, smile and awaken your inner athlete in this strong and athletic workout.
Play with the rhythm and dynamics of each exercise and make them relative and functional for athletes. Focus on the reformer and mat to build elements of strength, power, range of movement and importantly recovery for sports. Each element will include insights and details of the ‘what and the why’, throughout the workout. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone who likes to work out like an athlete!

- Magic Circle and/or yoga strap
