The Ped-O-Pull is such a wonderful enhancement to any workout as it challenges core stability in functional standing positions and it’s great for aligning the body. Join Nancy Hurd as she shares a variety of Ped-O-Pull exercises learned from Peak Pilates® , Kathy Corey, Lolita San Miguel and others.
Equipment: A Ped-o-Pul If you do not have access to a Ped-o-Pul some exercises can be adapted to the tower arm springs- you are welcome to observe and practice with the recording later!

* Be introduced to new Ped-O-Pull Exercises
* Experience and practice teach new exercises
