You will emerge from this workshop with a newfound love of the foam roller. You will learn how to challenge the body’s stability and then find some stretch. Prepare to have fun with the foam roller!
Course Objectives:
At the end of the workshop the attendee will have:
* New and creative ways to structure a mat class using the foam roller as your prop
* The ability to challenge students' stability and provide some much-needed stretching using the foam roller
* The enjoyment of an active session which will get you to move and use the foam roller every step of the way!
