Happy Feet with Nancy Gwinell Hurd
Our feet are so important in keeping us healthy, mobile, and safe. In this workshop we will look at exercises to improve the health, strength, and flexibility of the feet. We will address some specific issues such as bunions, alignment etc. Most importantly, we will apply this and look at simple and practical ways to bring the feet into exercises you already teach, add some feet specific exercises and go over home exercises for your client.

Why should I take this session?
Your Pilates clients will come in with have a variety of foot complaints including stiff feet, sore feet, balance issues, bunions etc. It is important, once the student is ready, to address those issues in their session with exercises you are already teaching, new foot specific exercises and assigning take home exercises. Your clients will love you. Remember Happy Feet is a Happy Life. You will earn 2 Peak Pilates' CECs.
Equipment: Whatever equipment you have in your studio will be great. In addition if you have toe correctors, foot correctors, balls, rollers, boards, thick rubber bands (broccoli size) have them ready .
What if I can't make the date and time?
We understand life is busy! If you cannot attend this course at the scheduled time, please register, and a recording will be uploaded to PeakU within 48 hours of the workshop, where it will be available to view for one month.
