-Understand the history of Imagery & it’s use in Pilates
-Explore the different types of Imagery & subsets to truly grasp an articulated and specific use with clients & in your own practice
-Understand how spatial location of Imagery changes the quality of movement patterning & execution
Why should I take this workshop? Imagery is a skill that we often use as Pilates teachers, however it is often glossed over and either misunderstood or not utilized to its full potential. Through taking this workshop, you will gain a deep understanding of how to best use this skill and immediately be able to implement the workshop information into your sessions with clients as well as your own personal practice.
