Myofascial Release presented by Jamie Isaac
If you work with athletes, or anyone with muscular pain or tightness, myofascial release can be a game changing recovery and relief tool. In this session you will explore and learn a variety of simple, yet effective, myofascial trigger point release techniques using 2 tennis balls, your body weight, and a few deep breaths. This session will not only reveal amazing athletic recovery techniques and pain relieving techniques, but will leave you feeling blissed out.
Equipment Needed:
- Mat
- 2 x tennis balls
Objectives:
· Experience and discover myofascial release techniques
· Understand the concepts and science behind the techniques
· Learn how and when to utilize these techniques within a training session and as part of a rehab/ recovery program
· Learn techniques and theory for use of techniques as sports recovery and performance tools
