Reformer Redefined presented by Michael Fritzke & Ton Voogt
This workshop invites you to explore classical Pilates exercises from a fresh perspective, using anatomical principles and concepts to redefine your focus. We'll challenge you to view familiar movements in new ways, uncovering hidden benefits and deepening your understanding of each exercise. Through this process, you'll discover the crucial role that precision plays in achieving the full range of goals within each movement.
Equipment Needed:
• Reformer
• Long/short box
• Triadball or similar small ball
• Small ball, like a tennis ball, Easy grip ball or smaller
• Pole
You are welcome to observe if you do not have apparatus and to use the recording to practice when you do!
Objectives:
• Understand the classical exercise and how we can adjust them to incorporate new science
• Experience the fastness of possibilities
• Understand that new approaches do not take away from the original work
