In this workshop, you will learn targeted mobility and strength exercises designed to transform your clients’ walking experience. Course Objectives:
At the end of the workshop the attendee will have:
· Gained a foundational understanding of the biomechanics of gait, focusing on the spine, hips, legs, and feet, and how they contribute to walking efficiency and posture.
· Learned targeted mobility and strength exercises to incorporate into Pilates sessions, enhancing gait mechanics and overall client stability.
· Developed strategies to help clients improve their walking patterns, stability, and enjoyment, while promoting better posture and functional movement.
