With back pain being the most common cause of disability in people under 45, it makes up 40 of all physio therapy visits, and 70% of all spinal disorders involve the lumbar spine. * Understand how to determine what exercises to add-in and which to omit within the system
* Work with props to assist and create proprioceptive feedback
* Know how to assign homework that will help
