Welcome to PPC MI Camp Level I. You have demonstrated the passion, experience and dedication needed to enter this pathway and our work is just beginning. We will meet regularly over the next month to hone the necessary MI Skills to prepare you to confidently and competently lead Level I courses. Good Luck!

By the end of this course you will be:

1. Able to teach cleanly using the 5-Part Formula for Success and to act as a role model for future courses.

2. Clear on all Level I exercise technique and all Level. I exercises and able to demonstrate each with good form.

3. Know how to use the Lesson Plan and bring each element to life.

4. Be able to list and use the 4 main feedback formulas.

5. Understand how to use the I's to conduct drills and workshops.

6. Know how to use the Lesson Plan notes and your own teaching experience to conduct meaningful discussions.

7. Clear on how to conduct and score all assessment components.
