If you have been teaching for a while is it time to ask yourself if you are in a rut? Stuck? Counting too much? Have you stopped evolving? Discover just how vast the world of cueing can be. Explore a variety of cues, understand how they play into different aspects of teaching. Go beyond simple layering cues and take the time examine how to create and use cues that really count, cues that make the movement matter and keep both you and the student in the present moment. Discover how to go beyond the basics and add color to your sessions -- help your cues to create poetry in motion.

Why should I take this workshop?

Cueing is communicating Pilates style. The better your cues match the student holistically and the more they match the exercise- the richer and more rewarding the pay off. There is so much to teaching that comes through verbal cueing. Yet when you were on your certification journey, you were most likely focused on passing- learning the exercises, the cues you need to pace the session, the basics of correcting. Yet, cueing is so much deeper. Strong and clear cueing attracts clients, keeps clients, and creates a world of color. Challenge yourself to express more! You will come away with a goal sheet on what you want to work toward and how to do it!
