Music Matters!

Description

Did you know there are scientific reasons why music and exercise go together so well? There are many benefits to listening to music while exercising and they all boil down to the simple fact that listening to music makes exercise feel easier and more pleasurable! Music allows you to work out harder than you would in silence. If you are classical and like to use music on special occasions, or a special day of the week- make it matter. If you are an instructor who just prefers to teach with music- learn how to maximize it's impact. Learn how to teach with music … and on the beat. Discover how to make playlists that enhance your group classes and keep your groups inspired.
