Winter activities and sports can put heavy challenges on the body -- let's face it, snow is heavy, ice is hard! Help your students to strengthen and support their bodies from the inside out for winter sports and activities. Skiing, skating, snow shoeing, snow shoveling- none of these are 'easy', so help them get ready for the winter, improve performance in sports they love, and prevent injury no matter what they do in the cold!


Objectives:

1. Study breath-work tools to improve mood and energy in the winter.
2. Increase flexibility indoors for improved range of motion and stamina outdoors.

3. Learn exercise sequences to connect to your centerline to prevent injury and improve balance outdoors.
