In this busy holiday season, immerse your mind and enjoy flowing Pilates and Yoga sequences that will soothe your soul. Dive deep and engage yourself mind and body with a practice that allows for the authenticity of the classical Pilates and vinyasa yoga traditions to be expressed, practiced, and preserved.
Course Objectives:
In this workshop the instructor will :
1. Discover ways of combining Pilates and Yoga into seamless flow
2. Experience imagery cueing that draws in the senses
3. Open to intuitive movement
4. Learn to create space and move into it.
5. Honor her or himself with the gift of time and relaxation.
