Learn how to conduct a safe session with prenatal students, gain an understanding of the changes in the body during the different stages of pregnancy and learn the guidelines for a safe exercise routine.
Why should I take this workshop?
This workshop will offer a full presentation of the anatomical changes during pregnancy and offer guidelines and samples of exercises and modification to deliver a safe workout. It will cover both mat and apparatus exercises.
Course Objectives:
- Explore the anatomy of pregnancy during the different phases
- Discover to adapt a full session format to pregnancy and modify the exercises
- Learn the guidelines regarding post natal training and some information on diastasi of the recti muscles
