FitCore™ Reformer 360 is a mixed-level format that literally moves students on, off, and all the way around the reformer for full-circle training. Expect smart, athletic sequences that weave core work, lower-body power, upper-body strength, and mobility into fluid combos with clean transitions. Each block emphasizes spatial awareness (front, back, side), balance challenges, and purposeful tempo shifts to build control, coordination, and confidence. Progressions scale by lever length, spring load, tempo, and range, making it easy to serve beginners through advanced in the same room.
