The FitCore™ Bonus Workouts are from the retired MVe™ program. While they are older, they still offer fresh ideas for choreography. We offer these at a low cost to our certified teachers.
The Challenge Workout takes things up a notch from the Everybody and can also be used as a Part C workout in a classical setting, or as an entire class. This is a shorter express workout that is perfect for students who are time pressed. To make this class longer, add a mat workout, stretch class, or resistance class to compliment it.
Credits: 1 Peak Pilates CEC
At the end of the course the instructor will be prepared to lead the Challenge Chair Workout.
