This Reformer update, Rock the Box, uses the box in the long and short position both on and off the reformer carriage. Limited spring changes allow for a fun and easy flow from block to block. Learn new combinations to challenge your groups and discover changing springs can challenge and modify the workouts.
At the end of the course the instructor will be prepared to:
- Teach the FitCore Rock the Box Reformer class
- Be able to use the class design template to prepare modifications
- Understand how altering the reformer springs changes an exercise
